Training

To ensure sessions are running and where they are located (in case of change) we are now using Spond.

SESSIONS

All abilities supported and welcomed at every session.

TUESDAY
Generally sessions start at Halo Ynysawdre, but Touring Tuesday occasionally will move around – check Spond for details.
Arrive at 6:25pm to start at 6:30pm sharp.

WEDNESDAY
All sessions arrive at 6:25pm to start at 6:30pm sharp and are held in various locations – again check Spond for details.
The 4th Wednesday of each month (double check on Spond as 5 week months it can differ) is a track session at Bridgend Athletics track behind the Halo in Bridgend.  Arrive 7:25pm for a 7:30pm start.

THURSDAY
Always start from the Life Centre in Ogmore ValeCF32 7AJ.
Often followed by cake!
Arrive at 6:25pm to start at 6:30pm sharp.

SUNDAY
Trail sessions start at 8:30am, held at various locations.
All abilities are supported and regular regrouping takes place at all sessions.
Please note that trail sessions run according to availability of leaders so check Spond for sessions which are happening!
